Napoli is expected to receive this fee, but not directly from Galatasaray. Instead, two wealthy clubs from the Middle East, Al-Hilal and Al Ain, are willing to meet the clause.
Both clubs will participate in the Club World Cup in the summer and want Osimhen to be registered in time for the tournament's start in June.
Osimhen has scored 33 goals in 37 matches while playing for Galatasaray this season.
